Medical Symbol

 The goal of the
congregational nursing team at Ridge Valley is to provide consultations, educational materials and educational programing that will facilitate members' healthy lifestyles.
The team seeks to be a resource as members make decisions regarding health practices, food choices and fitness activities that will affect their health and well being.

2016 Challenge

The Congregational Nursing team urges you to take a look
at your space, your life and your relationships.  Make a list of things
you'd like to "tidy up" as well as areas in which you want
to spark joy in your life. Consider joining the nursing team
for a six month challenge on Tidying Up beginning in January.
If there is interest, get togethers will be scheduled
to check on progress and lend support.
