Leadership

Sally is a retired high school history teacher who started her career in Alexandria, VA and then taught for 25 years in Plymouth, MA.  While living in Hingham, MA, Sally and husband Chip raised their children Amy and Ryan and were active in the Hingham Congregational Church. As empty-nesters, they moved to Plymouth MA, but the arrival of their first grandchild in 2010 started a routine of frequent trips to Quakertown. It was during these visits that they began attending Ridge Valley UCC. Although it was hard to leave Massachusetts after 45 years, their move to Lansdale in 2017 was made so much easier because of the warm welcome they had always received at RV. When not busy with grandchildren, one of whom lives in Ohio, Sally enjoys doing genealogical research and writing, reading, and travel.
